Kathryn Hill, I just saw your post and I too am thinking about coming to Bali alone. LOL I am going to go crazy as well if I don’t. Maybe we will run into each other. Such a small world. Love and light to you on your journey.
Hi kathryn – My preference is always to join a small group of women to destinations like this – there are some great tours on offer on http://www.womentravel.info In fact I was just looking at them for myself!

This is great news in women’s society nowadays. As I always believe that women are the light of every home. They deserve a chance and a place to journey within themselves in order to enhance the strength of their characters.
I always believe in gender equality. At certain points of our history, women are considered lower in status than men. But it should not happen today – though this still sparks controversies from time to time. The modern women have accommodated societal and familiar roles higher than one can imagine. Studies have proven that mothers have tremendous effect in the development of the social and emotional well being of a child.
With this, they truly deserve a retreat package or place that they can collectively draw strength from one another as they go on a personal journey by themselves.
I am pretty sure that those who have availed this have made an impact to their husbands or boyfriends. For I always believe that for every man’s success, there is a woman behind.
I hope that government institutions, given the responsibility to take care the recovery of abused women will be inspired by this. And I guess, there are also men who need this kind of pampering and relaxation. And even others who belong to the third sex. And I also hope for philanthropists and other financially blessed individuals, groups or organizations will create a sponsorship programs to send women who are in need and deserving of this kind of retreat. After all, we are not just a citizen of our countries, but we are citizens of the world.
I have always enjoyed travel with friends. The idea is to experience more as you find the inner self.. Travel does add quality to life. Thanks for a great blog.
