I worked in a Childrens Home in BadGastein, Austria in 1961. Christmas in Austria brings back very happy memories and would love to visit Bad Gastein, Salzburg and Vienna(including the markets at Salzburg and Vienna) to refresh some of those memories from a long time ago. I am a reasonably fit 74 year old from Perth, Western Australia and am used to travelling on my own and coping with budget accommodation, but would prefer some company, especially in Winter. alternatively if I had certainty of travelling companions in Austria or destination of congenial person/s.
